About Us
We're the Milletts. Food has always been a major part of our lives. As the kids started leaving the nest, it didn't take us long to decide to set up a blog where we posted all the family recipes for one simple reason: we were tired of responding to text messages asking for the recipe to something.

What started out as a simple place to leave a recipe turned into something much greater as traffic to the blog took off. We were receiving thousands of visits to their blog from around the world. And now, here we are!

Here on Mom & Dad's Recipes, you won't get any fluff, just food. Nobody has time for websites where you first learn all about an influencer's emotional connection to the chilly October air and how it reminds them of a soup their great-aunt Nona made before you get to the recipe.

So, enjoy our cheap iPhone photos of the food. Enjoy the recipes. We're the opposite of influencers--we're a family that likes to cook, and nothing more. So give things a try and let us know how it turns out. And most of all, welcome to the family!

I'm Mom
A foodie at heart, I love a good show. I serve as producer for The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, where I oversee large-scale productions that reach audiences worldwide. Beyond that, I run my own ventures, including High Pass Productions and Mavyn Digital Marketing, helping clients elevate their brands through thoughtful content and strategy. One of my greatest joys is traveling the world and enjoying some of the unbelievable cuisine that's out there.
I believe that you can work balsamic vinegar into any recipe, and the type of salt you use matters.
